Dean Matthew
Dean is an accomplished financial leader with over a decade of expertise in financial planning, investor relations, and strategic growth. As the former CFO of Patch of Land, he secured over $150M in institutional investments and raised $13.5M in equity funding while overseeing FP&A, compliance, and financial operations.
Dean has managed $1B+ in real estate assets, led $50M in redevelopment projects, and directed a $100M equity fund. Holding an MBA from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta, Dean has also taught International Finance and served on nonprofit boards, earning recognition such as Los Angeles CFO of the Year Finalist and Cincinnati’s Top 40 Under 40.
